(A copy of the Scrutiny Officer's report will follow but due to the timescale of the consideration of the budget by the Scrutiny Commissions this report will not be available until the 22nd January 2007) A copy of the recommendations of Cabinet from 10th January 2007 are attached members may also wish to bring with them a copy of the report submitted to Cabinet previously in relation to the budget.
