A copy of the report to Cabinet dated 7th January 2009 in this regard is attached together with the appropriate draft minute from Cabinet which sets out their recommendations. Would members of the Commission please note that thay will be invited to compile the Scrutiny Commissions' response to Cabinet on the budget for 2009/10. (A copy of the Scrutiny Officer's report will follow but due to the timescales for the consideration of the budget by the Scrutiny Commissions it is unlikely that this report will be available until 26 January 2009.) |
