| | {Minute} Ripon Spa Baths: To consider the following Notice of Motion proposed by Councillor D W Parnaby seconded by Councillor S J Hawke and supported by the requisite number of Members in accordance with Standing Order 15(1):- 'That this Council embarks on a round of public consultation (in accordance with Council guidelines) regarding the redevelopment proposals for Ripon Spa Baths and Camp Close and defers any final decision to proceed with the current proposed scheme until the consultation has been completed and reported to the Council.'
