This provides an opportunity for Knaresborough to bid for significant funding via the new 5-year Renaissance Market Town (RMT) Programme and for Boroughbridge and Pateley Bridge to bid for up to £30000 per annum for 3 years via a new 'Delegated Fund'. Cabinet will be asked to consider a prioritised list of projects for development via the Knaresborough RMT Delivery Plan as well as being asked to discuss if and how Harrogate Borough Council resources could be used to support the Rural Capitals Programme in the priority towns within the Harrogate district (to include a relevant recommendation to Council if deemed appropriate).
