To join in a framework agreement where Wakefield City Council are the lead council for a period of three years with option for a further twelve month extension subject to outcome review coordinated by Wakefield City Council. Harrogate's estimated expenditure on recruitment advertising and public notices was disclosed as £147000 for purposes of establishing the level of business. This is over the £100000 threshold and hence identified as a key decision.
