7{Forward Plan} Valley Gardens Games on Parks Pavilion and Toilets - 09/10/DCS191 To seek approval to spend an estimated £120000 on the provision of this new building next to the play area as we have received many requests for some toilet facilities adjacent to the new play area. It would also help with the running and management of the play area new skate park (if built) and the paddling pools. Considered a key decision as it could cost is excess of £100000.
