This will set out the planned Homes and Communities Agency housing investment across North Yorkshire (excluding City of York) for the period 2011-2014. Under current constitutional arrangements the Local Government North Yorkshire and York Housing Board does not have delegated authority to approve the agreement on behalf of individual local authorities. The report therefore seeks the relevant approval by Harrogate Borough Council. Approving this document is considered to be a key decision because the agreed investment may have a significant effect on local communities within the Harrogate District. |
