This report will determine the process and terms of any such disposals.

10{Forward Plan} Rossett Sports Centre - Future Management Arrangements and Options HBC have indicated their intention to remove themselves from the management of the sports facilities at Rossett School. The school have considered the option of running the facilities themselves and have agreed in principle to do so. However there are conditions attached to this proposal that need consideration and the options for HBC are detailed within the report.

11{Forward Plan} Proposals for Allocation of 2012/13 HIP Underspends (Repairs and Maintenance) The proposals include the carrying forward of £543.1k of the 2012/13 underspend for works either unforeseen or not planned for 2013/14 at the time of drawing up the 30 year financial plan. (The remaining underspend proposed for carrying forward relates to slippage in the programme)
