To consider a report by the Head of Human Resources and Performance  Management (Reference 10/52) attached.

That :-

(i)                 the report be received; and

(ii)               the Policy for the Payment of Professional Fees be approved, with effect from 1 April 2010, incorporating the change in level of payment for officers for whom membership of a professional body is deemed to be essential.
