To consider a report by the Head of Transformational Services (Reference 09/344) attached.

That:

(i)         the report be received; and

(ii)        entry by the Council into a Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA) for the future provision of Microsoft Software using a framework agreement let by the Office of Government Commerce for a duration of three years at a cost of £198,900 be approved.
