To consider a report by the Head of Transformational Management  (Reference 11/598) attached.

That the Cabinet Member:

(a)       Approve the shortlists of suppliers identified in this report and derived through a compliant pre-qualification process, for the tendering of a framework contract to provide a customer feedback system that  covers all forms of contact which the public might make with the Council

(b)       Approve entry into contract with the successful tenderer.
