Decision:

RESOLVED that the Leader, subject to statutory consultation, approves the increase to Hackney Carriage fares as detailed in Appendix A to this report.  If confirmed, these revised fares will be applied from 1 October 2022 to 31 March 2023, at which time the new North Yorkshire Council will become responsible for setting fares for the whole of the County.
