of the Director (MC) (reference 22/254) attached
Decision:
RESOLVED
that, in order to support local Voluntary, Community
and Social Enterprise (VCSE) delivery, the Leader:
- Subject to the
successful outcome of the Council’s funding application and
receipt of a signed Funding Contract from North Yorkshire County
Council (NYCC), delegates authority to the Council’s
Monitoring Officer to accept the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF)
allocation and delegate authority to the Director (MC) to enter
into the associated funding agreement and grant agreements with
eight local VCSE organisations, up to a maximum value of
£30,000 (cumulative value not exceeding £157,000) to
deliver a Scarborough Borough Council project
