External Redecoration Works to Leasehold Properties in Whitby and Scarborough.

To consider a report by the Head of Finance and Asset Management (Reference HFAM/08/38) attached.

Decision:

That:

(i)              the report be received; and

(ii)             approval be given to enter into a building contract for the redecoration of leasehold properties (as set out in appendix A to the report) at an estimated cost of £140,000.
