To consider a report by the Head of Finance and Asset Management (Reference HFAM/08/77) attached.

That:

(i) the report be received;

(ii) an area of 1.4 hectares (3.46 acres) of land adjoining Weaponness Farmhouse be leased to the Company named in section 3.2 of the report for the provision of a helicopter landing pad for use by Emergency Services during race meetings only (on terms to be agreed) and chicane improvements (on terms to be agreed) ;and

(ii) notice be served on the existing agricultural tenant to determine his interest in that part of the land.
