(i)           approved the appointment of M&J Builders to undertake the demolition of the Buttercup kiosk and the construction of a new sales kiosk within Peasholm Park, Scarborough;

 

(ii)          authorised Officers to enter into contract with M&J Builders in respect of the scheme detailed in recommendation (i).
