What are you proposing to do?	-To develop a commissioning strategy for supported housing services -To establish an affordable housing delivery fund, a rural housing delivery fund and a community led housing fund. - to deliver a “Place of Change” supported housing scheme - to increase resource to implement the forthcoming renters’ rights bill - Bespoke housing solutions and supported housing capital fund  - Funding for area-based initiatives
Why are you proposing this? What are the desired outcomes?	- Provide support services to individuals to avoid homelessness including recurring homelessness and further cost impacts on social care - To increase and accelerate affordable homes delivery, - To address the affordability of homes in particularly in areas impacted by high second home ownership - To improve the condition of private rented sector homes as well as the tenant experience in the private sector - To provide improved housing solutions for individuals with complex needs
