Cllr Barbara Brodigan is a governor at Ripon Grammar School and Outwood Academy Ripon. However, has had no involvement with any of the relevant cases.

That the public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of Item numbers 6 to 12 on the agenda, on the grounds that they each involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 as amended by the Local Government (Access to Information) (Variation) Order 2006.
