PURPOSE OF THE REPORT

To enable the Executive to consider a proposed change to the membership of the Shareholder Committee.

2.0 SHAREHOLDER COMMITTEE
2.1 The Executive appoints members to the Shareholder Committee. The Conservative and Independents Group has advised that Councillor Mark Crane is to step down from the committee and be replaced by Councillor Annabel Wilkinson.
3.0 IMPLICATIONS
3.1 There are no equalities, finance, legal or climate change implications arising from the recommendations in this report.
