215      Declarations of interest

 

Councillor Barbara Brodigan declared as a Governor at Outwood Academy Ripon, noted as the same academy trust as Outwood Academy Easingwold, however, has had no contact with the appellant of item 8 on the agenda.

Councillor Caroline Goodrick declared as known to item 7, and with item 8 as a Governor at one of her local schools, namely Sheriff Hutton Primary School, therefore will remove themselves from both these hearings.

 

216      Exclusion of the public

That the public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of Item numbers 5 to 12 on the agenda, on the grounds that they each involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 as amended by the Local Government (Access to Information) (Variation) Order 2006.
