Cllr Paraskos declared a non-registerable interest in relation to item 10 (Minute 237 refers) and would withdraw from the meeting during consideration of the Item.

Resolved

 

That the public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of Item numbers 4 to 11 on the agenda, on the grounds that they each involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 as amended by the Local Government (Access to Information) (Variation) Order 2006.

   

Members of the public were excluded from the meeting during consideration of the remaining items of business and have no right to inspect the reports,
