That the public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of Item numbers 5 to 10 on the agenda, on the grounds that they each involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 as amended by the Local Government (Access to Information) (Variation) Order 2006.

The appellant withdrew the appeal prior to the meeting.

 

268      Appeal for transport to Outwood Academy Easingwold

An appeal against the Authority’s decision not to provide home to school transport to attend Outward Academy Easingwold.

 

Resolved

 

That the Committee concludes from all the available evidence that the appeal be Not Upheld. 

 

(Note: Councillor Chris Aldred wished it to be recorded that he voted to uphold the above appeal.)
