Reason for decision

The Local Enforcement Plan will set out how the planning enforcement service is delivered across the Council area. The Council’s approach to planning enforcement outlining what formal action can be taken is set out in the Local Enforcement Plan. It is not envisaged that the delivery of planning enforcement will impact the criteria outlined above. It is not anticipated that there would be an impact on staff mileage as a result of the local planning enforcement plan.

However, the availability of data relevant to North Yorkshire is limited and a full CCIA would be disproportionate and of limited value.
