Review of Terms of Reference

 

 

1.         Purpose of the Report

 

1.1       To provide Pension Board members with details of the Board’s Terms of Reference.

 

2.         Annual Review

 

2.1       An Annual Review of the Terms of Reference is included in the Work Programme for the January meeting of the Board each year and Pension Board members are invited to make comments on the Terms of Reference and make recommendations for changes if appropriate. Any amendments would be subject to the approval of North Yorkshire Council, as administering authority.

 

2.2       A copy of the current Terms of Reference is appended to this report for information to assist Members.

 

3.0       Recommendation

 

3.1       That the Pension Board consider whether amendments to the Terms of Reference are required.
