1.         Standards and Governance Committee

1.1 The Standards and Governance Committee met on 13 March 2026. Present – Councillor Clive Pearson, (Chair) and Councillors Nick Brown, Melanie Davis, David Ireton, Nigel Knapton and Peter Wilkinson together with Louise Holroyd (Independent Person).

1.2 Councillor Andy Solloway attended virtually as did Independent Person Jamie Nelson.

2.         Annual Report

2.1       The Standards and Governance Committee considered, and approved, its Annual Report for the municipal year commencing 1 April 2025 with arecommendation for noting to Full Council. The Annual Report is appended.

3.         Recommendation

3.1       That:

The Annual Report of the Standards and Governance Committee, as set out in Appendix 1, be noted.
