Item 4 – 2023/0030/FULM – Land off Mill Lane, Brayton, Selby

Following publication of the agenda, a letter has been received from the applicant requesting a further deferral of the application. This is to allow them the opportunity to look again at the design of the scheme and reconsider it in light of the comments from Landscape and Urban Design officers. 

Officers have considered this request and would be supportive of a further deferral on the basis that the applicant has indicated that they are looking to make changes to the scheme. Therefore, it is recommended that the application be deferred and that it be brought before the Committee following the submission of revised plans.
