Approval for 27 new schemes (as identified in
Appendix 1) to the value of £1.1M to be added to the Highways
Capital Forward Programme for Structural Highway Maintenance
identified since the last HCP report dated 20 August 2021.
An update was provided on 37 schemes (as identified in Appendix 2)
to be moved from the 2021/22 delivery programme into future years
to the value of £4.2M and the delivery of the 2021/22 capital
programme and current assumptions regarding funding for
2022/23.
[As it is the implementation of an earlier key decision on 20
August 2021 and, as a non-key decision by an officer, is NOT open
to call in]
Reasons for the decision:
To allow design & development work to
commence on the schemes added into the Highways Capital Forward
Programme.
To grant approval for the schemes to be delivered in future
years.
