To vary the General Building: Responsive Maintenance contract with Tom Willoughby Ltd (TWL) to include the Servicing and Maintenance of Alarms (Fire & Intruder) until 31 January 2024.

Reasons for the decision:

NYCC and Churches Fire Security Ltd (Churches) mutually agreed to terminate the Alarms (Fire & Intruder) Maintenance and Servicing contract, with effect from 19th September 2022. NYCC urgently required a contractor to provide these services, resulting in a Decision being made to vary the General Building: Responsive Maintenance contract with Tom Willoughby Ltd (TWL) to include the Servicing and Maintenance of Alarms (Fire & Intruder) until 31 January 2024.

A Gateway 4a report has been considered in accordance with the Council’s Procurement and Contract Procedure Rules.
