To support Tees Esk and Wear Valley (TEWV) Mental Health Trust apply for grant funding for a post employed through TEWV and operationally managed within the Community Impact Team by Scarborough Borough Council to support individuals who are at risk or currently homeless with enduring mental health and substance related issues.
