To award a construction contract for the replacement of a single prefabricated classroom unit with a double unit at Sherburn Church of England Voluntary Controlled Primary School.

Reasons for the decision:

This project will replace a single prefabricated classroom unit with a double unit at Sherburn Church of England Voluntary Controlled Primary School. A fully compliant procurement exercise has been completed during February/March utilising the YORbuild framework. The scheme is programmed to commence on site in July 2021 and is due to complete August 2021.
