family be advised accordingly; and
b) authorise payment of the outstanding debt to the home where Mrs
Y is resident be made and, due to lack of Mrs Y’s resources,
this debt be written off.

Payment of debt from Mrs Y’s assets not achievable. No
alternative sources of funding. Money owed to home needs to be paid
to maintain Mrs Y’s placement.
