*re-published: call-in no longer applies* Health and Adults Services – Peer Challenge Use of Resources Feedback Report

Decision Maker: Corporate Director of Health and Adult Services

Decision status: Recommendations Approved

Is Key decision?: No

Is subject to call in?: No

Decision:

To approve the Health and Adult Services Peer Challenge Use of Resources Feedback Report and Action Plan.

Reasons for the decision:

*PLEASE NOTE This decision was originally published on or near the date of the decision and so call in no longer applies. It has been re-published as part of the change in committee management system that we use.*

It is an expectation that all Councils will be subject to a periodic peer review for their Adult Social Care Services. North Yorkshire County Council asked for a peer review of its use of resources within Adult Services to be conducted by the Yorkshire and Humber ADASS and this took place in June 2018.

Approval of the Health and Adult Services Peer Challenge Use of Resources Feedback Report and Action Plan enables it to be formally published, which is an expectation of the process.

Alternative options considered:

Not appropriate, there is an expectation that the document be published in the interests of openness and transparency.
