That the contracts for the following be extended for a further period of two years to August 2022:

Lot 1 – Enhanced Youth Provision provided by Voluntary and Community Groups

Lot 2 - Agreement for Universal Services: Provision of Youth Clubs

The Agreement for Universal Services: Enhanced Youth Provision provided by Voluntary and Community Groups and the Agreement for Universal Services: Provision of Youth Clubs was procured on the 1st September 2017 and North Yorkshire Youth (NYY) were appointed the provider. The initial term of both contracts was for three years to 31 August 2020 with the option to extend for a period of one year followed by a further one year. It has been agreed that the extension periods be combined, therefore enabling an extension until 31 August 2022, as the service is performing well and provides good value for money.
