To authorise a review and reprocurement of
transport contracts into Woodlands, The Forest, Springwater, Forest
Moor and Brompton Hall special schools
Reasons for the decision:

longer applies. It has been re-published as part of the change in
committee management system that we use.*
Integrated Passenger Transport undertakes to re-evaluate all
contracted SEN transport provision across North Yorkshire through a
programme of SEN School Reviews. Contracts for these schools are
due to end in July 2020 and new contracts must be secured to start
in the new school year in September 2020. A full review of all
individual pupil requirements will be undertaken by the SEN
Transport Team and a review of the transport routes will be
undertaken with the IPT Team and each of the special schools
involved. The subsequent tender procedure will be undertaken in
line with the Council’s Contract Procedure Rules.
