To approve the changes to the Highways Capital
Programme for 2017/18/19.

To carry out urgent carriageway stabilisation works required by
river scour.
To bring forward resurfacing works from a future year into the
2017/18 and 2018/19 years to ensure delivery ahead of the Tour de
Yorkshire cycle race.
