This project will refurbish and adapt accommodation at No.3
Racecourse Lane, County Hall, Northallerton. The procurement
exercise is programmed to commence in March 2021 utilising the
YORbuild framework. The scheme is programmed to commence on site in
June 2021 and is due to complete August 2021.
