Due to the ongoing Covid 19 impacts, the North
Yorkshire and City of York National Concessionary Scheme is with
immediate effect (19/03/2020) prepared to offer an additional
temporary discretionary enhancement to the scheme until further
notice. Any operator that wishes to accept ENCTS passes before
9.00am will be reimbursed at their agreed RPC, nothing additional
to this, should they wish to participate.
For the avoidance of doubt this discretionary enhancement applies
to all journeys starting within the council boundaries of North
Yorkshire and City of York.??
The Corporate Director Business and Environmental Services shall
have delegated authority to cease the additional temporary
discretionary enhancement as he deems appropriate.
Given the urgent nature of this decision, it is not subject to the
usual call in procedure.
