Due to the ongoing Covid 19 impacts, the North
Yorkshire and City of York National Concessionary Scheme to pay
local bus service operators their ENCTS payments calculated on the
basis of previous invoices, an average monthly payment will be
calculated from the previous three months. This arrangement will be
in place for March, April, May and June. We will continue to
monitor. The operators must also agree the open book principles.
The payments will revert to normal as soon as possible.
The Corporate Director - Business and Environmental Services shall
have delegated authority to cease the revised payment calculation
method as he deems appropriate.
