To update the existing Yorwaste Services Contract to deliver waste
composting, recycling and bring bank services in the Harrogate
area.

On 18 March 2014, the County Council’s Executive agreed the
principle of awarding relevant contracts for future waste services
to Yorwaste without competitive procurement, where Regulation 12 of
the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
This is the latest decision in this process, and caters for
services to be delivered to Harrogate Borough Council under a
Collaboration Agreement.
