The uplift of charges is an annual exercise and implementation of
the new charges will coincide with the benefit uplift awarded by
DWP (9 April 2018 for 2018-19). The new rates for services which
are not subject to means tested financial assessment are outlined
in Table 1 of the accompanying report.
