The Executive Members agreed to
1. Sign off the York, North Yorkshire & East Riding Local
Enterprise Partnership Assurance framework, and;
*Subject to the offer letter or T’s & C’s not
placing any unacceptable risk on NYCC:
2. Authorise the CD-SR to write to the accounting officer in DCLG
certifying the framework is agreed, is being implemented and that
it meets the standards articulated in the national framework
and;
3. Authorise the CD-SR to formally accept the grant in line with
the requirements of the Financial Procedure Rules
4. Authorise that the CD-SR can approve minor amends to the
Assurance Framework to satisfy the formal Offer Letter, when
received - however should the offer letter include any significant
risk or burden not identified in this report, a further paper will
be brought to the Executive for approval
