The Corporate Director Community Development in consultation with the Assistant Director Resources agrees to the submission of expressions of interest to the Heritage at Risk Fund, with further approval required to progress any successful proposals to full application stage and confirm organisational alignment.
Submitting an expression of interest will ensure the Council retains the opportunity to progress to a full application for the Historic England, Heritage at Risk fund and secure funding, should the proposal be supported.
Not submitting an EIO which would have resulted in loss of the opportunity to submit a full application.
