Decision details

The Executive Member for Culture, Arts and Housing, having considered and noted the contents of the Annual Performance Report, agrees that the performance information contained within should progress to submission to the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) and the Housing Ombudsman as required.

The report details the end of year position for landlord services as required under regulatory requirements, as such the report and its associated appendices should be accepted as a true and accurate statement relating to the service and therefore should be published as required.

An alternative option, not to produce an annual review and not to submit the annual performance data and self-assessment of compliance with the complaint handling code is not recommended. Submission of the returns is now a statutory requirement.
