A competitive procurement exercise will be undertaken between August 2026 and March 2027. This will be an open procurement in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 and will be a Competitive Flexible Procedure - 3 Stage Process.
The scheme is programmed to commence on site Summer 2027 and complete in Autumn 2028.
