To proceed with supporting bus operators in
seeking further temporary DfT exemptions to enable the continued
sale of spare seats during 2021/22 academic year and allow the sale
of seats for those routes/buses which we are satisfied have an
exemption in place
To allow the sale of seats to approx 400
non-entitled pupils where possible during 2021/22.
To minimise disruption and enable those pupils to travel on the
home to school transport network and take advantage of any spare
seats available.
