To abandon the procurement procedure for the
creation of an intervention space at Foston CE Primary
School.
A competitive procurement exercise was
undertaken in March and April 2022. All tender costs returned were
significantly above pre-tender estimate levels. Also, approvals to
works from third parties have not yet been concluded. Given the
outcome of the procurement exercise, and the outstanding approvals,
the decision has been taken not to proceed to contract
award.
