To approve the new charging rates as outlined
in section 2, tables 1 and 2 to be effective from 6 April
2020

committee management system that we use.*
The fee uplift is an annual increase and implementation of the new
charges will coincide with the benefit uplift awarded by DWP (6
April 2020 for 2020/21). The new rates for services which are not
subject to means tested financial assessment are outlined in table
1
