The MoU sets out principles for an approach
that has an operational impact only and fits within NYCC’s
pre-agreed budget and policy framework.
Work is ongoing to develop a wider partnership framework which will
be a key decision and will be added to the forward plan when a date
for completion of the draft agreement is known.
As this is a non-key executive decision made by an officer under
the general delegations to all Chief Officers set out in paragraphs
3.1 and 3.7 of the Officers’ Delegation Scheme it is not
subject to call in.
