The County Council has established a review programme for transport services and these are renewed by tender through a four year rolling programme. Where new tenders for contracts have been sought they will expire in April 2023.
The ‘Open’ Tender process has been undertaken in accordance with the Council’s Contract Procedure Rules with support from the Central Procurement Team. Approval to award the contracts has been sought via the Gateway 3 process and has been
signed off by the Director of Business and Environmental Services.
