Award of contract for West Harrogate (NPIF) Scheme Phase 1 junction
improvement and cycleway to PBS Construction Ltd.
PBS Construction Ltd was selected from seven
bids received. The contract is a NEC4 Engineering and Construction
Contract June 2017 (with amendments January 2019). PBS Construction
Ltd qualified highest of the seven bidders and demonstrated their
capability to complete the scheme. PBS Construction Ltd have also
carried out similar schemes for NYCC in Northallerton and
Knaresborough and their performance was very good and the schemes
were completed on time.
